FAQ
Do you respond to old reviews?
By default, the subscription only covers new reviews received after activation. Handling old backlog reviews can be ordered separately (20 EUR per 10 reviews).
What happens if a negative review comes in over the weekend or at night?
The bot will capture it instantly. Our specialist will handle it as a top priority during the next available business hours (Monday to Friday, starting from 09:00).
How will I know when you've responded?
All notifications regarding new reviews are sent directly to your Telegram chat. You can easily monitor our specialist’s work in real-time.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel at any time with no penalties or hidden commitments. To do so, simply drop a message in your dedicated Telegram chat (where you receive review alerts) or contact our manager directly.
Important Billing Rule: Subscription cancellation takes effect for the next billing period. If funds for the current month have already been automatically deducted, they are non-refundable, and the service will remain fully active until the end of the paid month. The next scheduled charge simply will not occur.
